Jarvis Estate
Jarvis Estate is a small, family-owned winery in Napa Valley, California. The grapes for all Jarvis wines are grown on hillside vineyards, initially planted in 1986. The winery and vineyards are in the Vaca mountain range, about 1,000 feet above the valley floor and four miles east of the City of Napa itself. The cool climate of the mountain-growing region provides moderate temperatures for the optimum ripening of the grapes. All Jarvis wines are 100% produced from Estate vineyards within a mile of the winery. Jarvis Estate's winemaking facility, bottle aging, tours, tastings, and staffing are entirely underground, within 45,000 square feet of cave tunneled into the mountain. Jarvis Estate wines are limited production, highly allocated and only available for purchase by visiting the cave, joining the Inner Circle or at very select fine dining restaurants and country clubs.
