Cimarossa
Above the Clouds. A Passion for Wine, Nature, and the Art of Living. Perched 2,100 feet above Napa Valley on the majestic slopes of Howell Mountain, Cimarossa is an extraordinary, family-owned wine estate celebrated for its exceptional mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon, breathtaking panoramic views, and deep respect for nature. Founded by Dino Dina and Corry Dekker, Cimarossa—Italian for "red hilltop"—reflects their shared passion for fine wine, Italian heritage, and the beauty of Napa Valley. After more than a decade searching for the perfect property, Dino and Corry discovered their remarkable hillside estate, where terraced vineyards, centuries-old trees, and olive groves coexist in a stunning natural setting. Their vision was to create world-class wines while preserving the rugged beauty and ecological character of the mountain. Under the guidance of acclaimed winemaker Mia Klein, Cimarossa produces beautifully structured, limited-production Cabernet Sauvignons that express the distinctive terroir of Howell Mountain. Each vineyard block is meticulously farmed by hand, allowing the unique soils, elevations, and exposures to shine through in wines of remarkable depth, elegance, and complexity. Beyond winemaking, Cimarossa embodies the warmth of Italian hospitality, where exceptional wines, handcrafted olive oil, family traditions, and meaningful connections come together. For Dino and Corry, their mountain retreat is more than a vineyard—it is a celebration of life's extraordinary moments and the joy of sharing them with others.
