  • Communicate professionally with sponsors, donors, Trustees, winery and culinary partners, vendors, guests, and community partners
  • Maintain accurate event information, registrations, guest details, calendars, and reports using event-management software
  • Assist with event collateral and promotional materials, ensuring information is accurate, polished, and consistent
  • Organize, inventory, prepare, and maintain event supplies and materials
  • Assist with event setup, on-site execution, breakdown, and post-event follow-up
  • Provide administrative and operational support to help keep projects organized and moving forward
  • Contribute fresh ideas and help elevate both the guest experience and our communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and confidence communicating with a wide variety of constituents
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, dedicated team
  • A positive, flexible, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Experience in event coordination, communications, hospitality, nonprofit work, marketing, project management, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools; familiarity with Canva, email marketing, social media, and event-management platforms is a plus
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends and increased hours during peak event periods

 Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Flexible scheduling and a hybrid work environment
  • Meaningful work that directly benefits children and families
  • Hands-on involvement in some of Southwest Florida’s most anticipated philanthropic events
  • Opportunities to meet and collaborate with business leaders, philanthropists, celebrated chefs, distinguished vintners, and community partners
  • A creative and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions matter
  • Opportunities to build relationships, grow professionally, and make a visible impact
  • Plenty of memorable moments—and some pretty incredible food and wine along the way!

Compensation

Compensation is $45,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience
