In the News: Dine out with your own bottle

The News-Press: Many area restaurants have an unspoken acceptance of outside wine if conditions are right: if it’s a special vintage or label, if patrons are polite about it, and if they are willing to pay a fee to drink their own bottle. That fee helps restaurants recoup lost revenue when diners don’t buy drinks in house.
