Children’s Pediatric Services Grant – Closed July 2018.

Extending Support for SWFL Non-profit Organizations

As part of our mission to support the region’s growing pediatric health care system, we’ve expanded our grants program to include other non-profits to collectively receive a portion of the auction proceeds. If your organization promotes the health and wellness of children in Southwest Florida, you may be eligible!

With the success of the Fund-A-Cause for mental health a few years ago and the completion of the Golisano Children’s hospital, we are now hoping to affect major change in the mental and behavioral health arena in our region. A majority of the funds raised in the 2019 event will go to support pediatric mental and behavioral health.

Of course, we will continue to support students in pediatric healthcare programs at our local colleges and continuous needs at Golisano Children’s Hospital. New this year, we are also partnering with the Southwest Florida Community Foundation to handle the grant-making portion and work alongside non-profit organizations and encourage collaboration to hopefully affect bigger change. Grants will be funded based on proceeds from the 2019 Southwest Florida Wine & Food Fest, our signature fundraising event.

For any questions, please call Heidi Taulman, Executive Director of SWFL Children’s Charities, Inc., at 239-433-4260.
