He’s opened several restaurants across Florida, including Doc Ford’s and The Jac in Sanibel, and previously owned a successful catering business. His passion for crafting meaningful dining experiences earned him Fort Myers’ “Best Farm to Table” award for two consecutive years at Rosy Tomorrows.
