Randy Cazzalino is an Executive Chef with FineMark National Bank & Trust. Chef Randy has more than 20 years of experience in the food and entertainment industry and joined FineMark with an extensive culinary background.

At FineMark, Chef Randy is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing food and beverage operations for the South Lee County market. He oversees all menu planning and preparation and works closely with marketing on events held at the bank.

Previously, Chef Randy served as a premium purchasing Sous Chef for Levy Restaurants in Las Vegas, NV, where he was responsible for all ordering provisions for national sporting events. He has worked on location for NASCAR, college football, and the National Hockey League.

Chef Randy holds an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a certification in beef selection. He is also a former member of the American Culinary Federation.
