Chef Mark Heimann
Chef Mark Heimann graduated from Kendall Culinary School in Evanston, IL in 1995 and his passion for the culinary arts continues to flourish. He recently co-authored a grilling cookbook called, Fire It Up. He has received numerous awards including the Golden Spoon Hall of Fame and has spent more than 30 years of service for Marriott International. He is currently the head Chef with Luminary Hotel, a Marriott property in downtown Fort Myers.
