Brooke Kravetz, Old Vines Supper Club
Brooke Kravetz, chef and co-owner of Old Vines Supper Club in Naples, has built a reputation for bold, ingredient-driven cooking that feels both adventurous and warmly familiar. A Maine native, she shifted from a pre-med track to pursue culinary arts at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, working her way through every front- and back-of-house role at the original Old Vines in Kennebunk. After moving to Florida in 2015, Brooke refined her skills in several acclaimed local kitchens before being recruited to help bring Old Vines to Naples—a full-circle moment that led to her co-ownership and the restaurant’s growing acclaim. Brooke continues to craft expressive, constantly evolving tasting menus that celebrate seasonal ingredients, creativity, and intimate, memorable dining.
