The SWFL Wine & Food Fest is seeking experienced event planners for our exclusive Chef Vintner Dinners, happening on February 27, 2026, in private homes and luxury venues across Southwest Florida.
Each dinner is an intimate gathering of 25–40 guests, hosted by generous couples in our community. Event planners will collaborate closely with dinner hosts and the Wine Fest team to create a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Attendees of the two-day festival select which dinner they’d like to attend, with each one featuring its own unique theme. We are looking to hire one event planner per dinner to bring these one-of-a-kind evenings to life.
In partnership with our generous hosts, these elegant, multi-course dinners feature top regional chefs, renowned California vintners, curated entertainment, and bespoke experiences—making them some of the most coveted events of the season. Guests include high-net-worth individuals, luxury consumers, and devoted food and wine enthusiasts.
We’re looking for the best of the best in Southwest Florida.
